Delaware Area Chamber Annual Clay Classic
Similar to the Golf Outing, this event is becoming increasing popular. We hold the event at Black Wing Shooting Center and we always have a blast! (Pun intended)
The 2024 Annual Clay Classic will be held Friday, October 11 starting at 12:00pm. Registration is $130 for a single shooter, $650 for a team (5 shooters).

Clay Classic 2023 Re-cap
What a beautiful, sunny day for fun with a gun. From serious shooters with custom armory to “which-end-shoots?”, Black Wing Shooting Center was the place to be on October 13 when the Chamber held its annual Clay Classic. After a yummy lunch sponsored by V3 and catered by All Occasions, fifty-nine shooters took to the stations on a glorious autumn afternoon.
It was the Battle of the Banks: First Place with an average score of 35.6 was Team Richwood Bank One. Second Place was Team First Citizens National Bank with an average score of 35. Highest score of 47 was a tie between two Richwood Bank shooters; Bob Skinner, Richwood Team Two and Dave Thomas, Richwood Team One. The winner was determined via a suspenseful game of Paper, Rock, Scissors with Dave claiming the prize. And the coveted Pigeon Award for the lowest score was presented to the United Way’s lovely Gina Grote with a score of 2.
